ALBALEE Trading offers parquet import, supply and installation from Bab Touma, Malek Faisal Street, Damascus, Syria. This policy covers the ALBALEE Website, its enquiry chat and the Google Drive connection used by our website administrators.
Information you provide
When you start a chat, we store the name, phone number or email address you enter, your messages, our replies and their dates. These details help us answer your enquiry and discuss your flooring project. Please avoid sending payment details or sensitive documents through chat.
Google Drive access and purpose
Only an ALBALEE administrator connects a Google account. Visitors do not need Google sign-in or access to their own Drive. The connection requests the drive.file permission to create and manage application files, and any files explicitly shared with the connection. The website reads and writes those files, their contents and metadata such as file IDs, names, types and sizes. It does not request access to all files in the account, Gmail or Google Contacts.
How connected Google data is used
The administrator’s Drive stores website uploads, saved text and settings, enquiry conversations, and authentication/security records in a dedicated folder. Netlify runs the website and processes these records to display published content, provide administration and deliver chat replies. Media selected for publication is accessible on the website; conversation records and login credentials are not intentionally published. Google data is used for these website features, not advertising, data sales or training general-purpose AI models.
Storage, access and service providers
Application records and uploaded media are stored in the connected Google Drive. Netlify hosts the website code, starter assets and server functions, and holds the connection credentials used by the server. Authorized ALBALEE administrators can access enquiries. Google and Netlify process data to provide storage and hosting; their systems may process data outside your country. Cloudflare provides domain-name resolution. Hosting providers may maintain technical request and security logs, including IP addresses.
Cookies and security
A necessary chat cookie associates your browser with its conversation for up to 30 days. The admin session cookie lasts up to eight hours. Your language choice is stored in your browser until you clear it. The application uses hashed passwords, HTTP-only session cookies, protected admin routes and hashed request identifiers for abuse prevention. The production site uses HTTPS; private Drive credentials stay on the server.
Other websites and embedded content
Opening an Instagram video loads content from Instagram, which may receive your IP address, browser details and its own cookies. WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and email links take you to their respective services. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers handle the resulting requests under their own privacy policies.
Retention, deletion and disconnecting Google
Chat records, published media and saved settings remain stored until ALBALEE removes them; the website currently has no automatic schedule for deleting old enquiries. Session access expires after eight hours, although expired records may remain until cleaned up. Short-lived abuse-prevention records are cleaned up during later requests. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. The account owner can revoke the Google connection from their Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops new access but does not automatically delete existing Drive files; the owner must remove them separately. Deleted Drive files and provider backups may remain subject to the provider’s retention process.
